Spring 5K Training Week 5 – Full Course Practice & Yoga

It’s 5K group’s first full course practice run on this sunny and warm afternoon,. We finally felt the presence of spring after an excruciatingly long winter this year. Most runners completed the course and headed to the library for the second yoga session with Jojo. Muscles were stretched and the mind was calmed after the vigorous running exercise. Many runners waved about how much they had learned!
