Runner’s Seminar with Jerry Yoo – Injury prevention for runners

Combining passion and science takes your running to the next level. The first and most basic rule of running is safety and injury prevention — they allow for mental and physical fitness and sustainability for years to come. After all, we are all in this for the long run, in distance and in time.
Today Dr. Jerry Yoo and Dr. Ken from Next Level Sports Physical Therapy gave the Bergen Runners and affiliated club members a valuable seminar on running forms and injury prevention. Both experienced and novice runners found the advice, tips and Q&A very helpful and educational.
After a brief warm up led by the experts, the runners continued their routine weekend distance runs. Everyone seemed to hold back a little bit today to prepare for tomorrow’s highly anticipated Tenafly 5K Race.
