Spring 5K Training – Yoga

Our first cross training yoga class for the 5k group took place at the River Edge library. While we have some experienced yogis, it was the first yoga class for many runner. Sun salutation, chaturanga and warrior 1, 2 were made easy thanks to our light-hearted yoga instructor Jojo Lee. Meticulous and caring, JoJo paid close attention to individuals and made sure that everyone was had a good alignment. 90 minutes introduction session passed so fast and runners couldn’t wait to get back to learn more!
